Firebird has been nominated for the Pégase 2024 award in the best accessibility category.

On March 7, 2024, the annual ceremony orchestrated by the Academy of Video Game Arts and Techniques will highlight the best video games of 2023, across a range of categories. It's the French Game Awards, a prestigious evening where excellence and creativity will be celebrated, offering well-deserved recognition to the talents of the video game industry. We're proud to see Firebird among the nominees, for the accessibility we've been working on.

Developed by Ludogram, Firebird is a narrative road trip that takes you by truck through the mystical lands of the Far North! Written by FibreTigre, the adventure evokes a traditional Slavic folk tale told through the gentle hand-drawn graphics of Quentin Vijoux.

A game 100% accessible to blind gamers if you use a screen reader. The game contains contextual descriptions written for the blind. We're proud to tell you all about it, as LudAccess was the accessibility consultant and tester for this game. We hope you enjoy it!

The game is available in French, English and Russian on steam  for computers or on Nintendo Switch.
