Artificial Intelligence and Autonomy

Special classes for visually impaired people

We offer introductory and support sessions in artificial intelligence (AI) to promote the autonomy of visually impaired people.

Our courses are designed to enhance autonomy and integration through the benefits that multimodal AI assistants can bring to everyday life.

Our training sessions are customized to meet the individual needs of each learner, whatever their level. The lessons can be followed independently and help visually impaired people integrate artificial intelligence into their lives through concrete practice.

Integrate new disability compensation tools

The use of artificial intelligence is a new form of assistance with practical examples, allowing greater autonomy in everyday life.

Encouraging professional integration

The sessions enable you to acquire useful new skills which will be valued on the job market.

Increase your autonomy with AI

Who are these classes designed for?

The classes are open to visually impaired and blind people wishing to discover or deepen their skills in artificial intelligence in order to become more autonomous.

What are the requirements to take classes?

A basic level of smartphone or computer use is sufficient. If you need it, the use of a screen reader is also necessary. Lessons are customized to the needs of each learner, regardless of their level (beginner, intermediate or advanced). No need to know how to code - everything is in standard language.

Do I need any equipment?

Yes, each person must bring their own smartphone or computer.

Practical usage and application

Sessions enable learners to discover and get to know AI assistants, mainly on ChatGPT. The content is dynamic and adapted to the needs of learners for concrete applications: exam preparation, appearance assessment for interviews, improved access to pedagogical information, etc.

Group sessions guide learners in the creation of personalized assistants, such as voice teaching assistants.

As artificial intelligence constantly evolves, our knowledge and content are regularly updated to offer sessions with a direct and concrete benefit.

What about AI accessibility tools?

The main AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini) offer variable but continuously improving accessibility. Options include digital contrast, font size, compatibility with screen readers, Braille displays, voice dictation, and voice mode. Future innovations promise to further enhance the benefits of these classes.
